I wanted to show you these high-protein dinners from my weight loss journals - they’re quick, easy and perfect for busy weeknights!
These are very simple recipes, but there’s still a lot of flavor - everything is gluten- and dairy-free, and there’s vegan options.

    Great recipes! The only thing I wouldn't do is preparing the salad for multiple days. It's not going to be fresh anymore.

    Girl, if you don't consume dairy, make sure you use good old iodised table salt. Your thyroid will thank you for that. Other than that, amazing content 🤗

    A butter is more healthier than that spray, and, that "onion" is so expensive 'coz it's big and per piece! I like to cook with first quality butter, and a kilo or 2 of onions doesn't cost much! Just a few ideas...

    I just learned recently that rice should not be meal prepped as it molds VERY quickly. It can make you very ill and is insidious. Please be safe with your beautiful self!❤❤❤

      You are absolutely right. Cooked rice, pasta or potatoes are particularly popular with one bacterium: Bacillus cereus. If the starchy foods have been stored or warmed up incorrectly, the bacteria can easily multiply and become a health risk. But: Resistant starch is created by cooling cooked starchy foods such as potatoes, rice and pasta. When starch cools, it changes its chemical structure. The process takes approximately 12 to 24 hours. The resistant starch becomes almost indigestible for the intestines and thus has a positive influence on the intestinal flora. Even reheating does not destroy the resistant starch. Conclusion: For my part, I no longer eat these foods if they are stored in the refrigerator for longer than a maximum of 24 hours.

    Hi, I appreciate you videos very much however there is no way 200 gm. Of chicken+rice+veggies+sauce is 400 cal. It's wayyy higher also the protein content is higher.

    Are we storing in the fridge? because I know meat can't be stored for more than 3 days, and baking using bananas always makes baked things rot fast, they almost also lasts for 3 days too, if so what can I do about it please?

    To advertise a 1200 calorie diet is NOT okay. You need to do better as someone who many people probably look up to. This is very dangerous and can lead to / had led to malnutrition, hair loss and more. Absolutely not okay
